Invoices and Payments

• An invoice will be issued by Progress Health Education upon confirmation of the booking based on the provided quotation.
  
• A 50% down payment is required to secure your booking for the desired workshop dates.
  
• The balance (remaining 50%) must be paid 14 days before the workshop date.
  

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop will incur a 10% administrative fee based on the total cost.
  
• Cancelling between 6 to 14 days before the workshop results in a 50% forfeiture of the payment.
  
• Cancellations within 5 days of the workshop lead to a 75% forfeiture of the payment.
  
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop will not be refunded.
  

Booking Amendments

• Any changes to the booking requested within 21 days of the workshop start date will incur an administrative fee of at least 10%, which will be calculated based on the additional costs incurred by Progress Health Education to accommodate the revised requirements.
  

On-site Venue Requirements

• All venues must comply with occupational health and safety and fire regulations.
  

Learner Support

• Progress Health Education provides learner support services. If there are any barriers that may prevent your employees from successfully completing the training, please discuss these with us to arrange a suitable support strategy.
  

Assessments

• Our goal is to ensure quality care and patient safety. Participants unable to demonstrate the required skills and knowledge will receive constructive feedback and may continue to practice and re-sit assessments during the workshop. Should additional time be needed beyond the scheduled workshop, we will consult with you and provide a quotation for the extra hours needed to ensure all staff meet the competency standards.
